What this means in practice
Property Identity is designed to be useful before a paid decision is needed.
Can I add another property?
Not within the current Free allowance. Additional-property and portfolio access must be separately provisioned.
Is this separate from Atlas?
No. Google or email establishes one shared identity. Organisation, property and module access are still granted separately.
What does Compliance cost?
£195/month + VAT. Public checkout and automatic activation are not live.
Can I upload documents now?
Production uploads remain paused until managed storage accounting passes acceptance. Arrange secure transfer for an assisted service.
Does a UPRN prove ownership?
No. An identifier helps match a record; it does not prove ownership, title, authority or legal compliance.
