Property Identity and the shared Atlas service

Privacy summary

Private workspace information stays private unless an authorised organisation deliberately publishes selected fields.

What this means in practice

Property Identity uses the shared Atlas identity and property service. Signing in establishes who you are; it does not grant organisation, property or paid-module access.

Public website

Public pages use approved product information and labelled fictional demonstrations, not customer property data.

Private workspace

Property facts, evidence, operational notes and activity are permission-scoped and private by default.

Public profiles

A public profile is a separate reviewed projection. Publication requires explicit authority and can be withdrawn.

Enquiries and documents

Do not send property documents or personal information by ordinary email. Arrange a secure transfer route first.

One shared account and record

Start focused. Expand into Atlas only when you need it.

Authentication is shared, but access remains controlled by organisation membership, property permission and module entitlement.
